  • Hour 3 — On-ice game‑situations: Taking a hit, loose puck battles, puck protection and more!

Is checking taught for all ages? We focus on age‑appropriate contact skills and teach legal, safe techniques for every birth year. Much of our training is done with our custom on-ice dummies meant for the safest training- no matter the age!
