# Ice Hockey Systems (IHS)

IHS is the online drill platform included with 4Check Hockey Full Development program — 1,500+ on-demand videos covering skating, systems, skills, and our custom body-checking and concussion-prevention curriculum, all in one mobile-friendly library.

### Why organizations use it

A single in-person training day is easy to forget. IHS gives every coach in your organization — not just the ones who attended — direct, year-round access to the exact drills we teach, so your program stays consistent from the mites bench to the U18 staff, even as coaches turn over season to season.

### What is included

Full library access for every rostered coach • our custom contact, checking, and concussion-prevention drill sets • continuous updates as we add new content • direct support from the 4Check team if a coach has questions about how to run a drill.
